Amit Karande is the CEO and Founder at Kinetix and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Prior to founding Kinetix in 2010, Amit worked at Lehman Brothers developing IT solutions for Fixed Income Trade Management, STP, and Margin & Collateral Management, followed by Citi, where he was responsible for the strategy and delivery of the firm’s multi-asset Trade Capture and Processing system.

Arun Nanda joined Kinetix in June 2010 and is Executive Director and Head of Finance & Administration. Arun is responsible for operational aspects of Kinetix as well as management of client engagements. His background includes over 20 years of financial industry technology experience in equities and fixed income derivatives at Citi, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank among others.

Paul Puskuldjian is the COO at Kinetix responsible for strategic alliances, product strategy and business process optimization. Paul has over 30 years of experience in senior positions at major banks including Lehman Brothers and Citi. Most recently, as Global Head of Capital Markets Middle Office at Citi, he generated significant cost saving, improved operational efficiency and reduced operational risk through deployment of technology and process improvement.

Tim Mund is the Global Head of Sales & Marketing at Kinetix. Tim's responsibilities include managing the sales team, customer relations, revenue growth, sales strategy, marketing, and IT consulting services. Tim has over 20 years of technology experience having held senior sales and management roles at early and growth stage financial technology firms including Recognia and 29West.
